Our point of view / 01

Software is only as good as the work it makes easier.

We grade the work behind the demo. Four questions drive every research file.

Can an agent keep people, conversations, and next steps connected over time?

crmranks / research framework / 01

Know the whole relationship

Can an agent keep people, conversations, and next steps connected over time?

  • Contact records and historychecking
  • Conversations kept in contextchecking
  • Next steps tied to the personchecking

Research areas, not claims that any product includes these features.

The method / 03

Evidence before adjectives.

Vendor pages are a starting point, not the verdict. We track the source, make uncertainty visible, and hold scores until research can support them.

Current status / step 01

Trace product claims to current, public evidence.

Straight answers

What CRMRanks is, what it is not, and what has actually been published so far.

    • Is there a top-ranked CRM yet?

No. No product has a published CRMRanks score, ranking, or winner label. The shortlist numbers show its structure only.

    • Why are only two products listed?

Trezly and Ottodesk.ai are the first two products under review. Three places are deliberately held open for future research rather than filled with unsupported picks.

    • Do vendors pay for placement?

Editorial judgments are separate from any commercial relationship. If compensated links or sponsorships are introduced, they will be disclosed clearly and will not buy a score or position.

    • Are vendor claims treated as facts?

Vendor pages are a starting point, not the verdict. We link the source, label what is verified, and mark what is still being checked.

    • What does a review look at?

Relationship context, property and prospect work, follow-up habits, team fit, connected tools, and value and trade-offs. These are research areas, not claims that any product includes a feature.

    • Can I rely on this for pricing?

Product capabilities, terms, and pricing can change. Confirm current details directly with the vendor before making a decision.

An open notebook

The Top 5 is being built. We’ll publish when it’s ready.

Two research files are open. Three places wait for evidence, not filler.

Editorial status: product research and verification are in progress. No CRM scores, rankings, customer reviews, or recommendations have been published. Vendor descriptions are identified and linked to their source.
